vccsg.com — Launching and operating a fund in a Singapore VCC

vccsg.com is the fund manager's handbook to the Singapore Variable Capital Company in the Xiaopoxian knowledge network's HNW & Private Banking cluster. It is written for fund managers, emerging GPs, COOs, CFOs and compliance leads who will launch and operate a fund in a VCC and raise money from third-party investors.

The site is organised around a manager's launch cycle: strategy design (private equity, venture capital, hedge, real estate, private credit and tokenised funds), the manager licence and offering route, sub-fund economics and fees, fundraising and investor KYC, the division of work between manager, administrator, custodian, auditor and board, valuation and NAV, the recurring reporting calendar, and re-domiciliation from Cayman. Rules are cited to dated MAS, ACRA and IRAS documents; market practice is labelled as such and carries no fee, return or timeline figures, because none are officially published.

What this site does not do: it is not a fund manager, corporate service provider, law firm, accounting firm or tax adviser. It does not incorporate, offer or market any fund, recommend managers, administrators, custodians, auditors or tokenisation platforms, or promise licences, registrations, bank accounts or tax-incentive awards.

Division of labour within the network: vccfund.com.sg (English) explains VCC regulations, ACRA incorporation steps, service-provider definitions, official fees and the statutory compliance calendar; vccfund.sg is the Chinese-language VCC hub, including the full 13O/13U guide; vccfund.si compares the VCC with Cayman, Luxembourg, Irish and Hong Kong vehicles; sgvcc.com covers family offices and founders using a VCC. This site links to them rather than repeating them. The Chinese pages here are summaries of the English pages.
